Anyone craving for some yummy cutlets but wanna eat healthy…here is an amazing recipe…plz try it and send in feedback! So sorry for the poor quality of the photograph. The cutlets look way better than that for sure!
1. 1 cup grated bottle gourd
2. Salt to taste
3. Gram flour- 1 tbsp
4. Rice flour- 2 tbsp
5. Chilli powder- 1 tsp
6. Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
7. Cumin powder- 1 tsp
1. Add salt to the grated bottle gourd and squeeze the water out using a strainer.
2. Add rest of the ingredients and mould it into small flat circles.
3. Dust it lightly with maida and deep fry the cutlets.
