Chutney for kababs

Ingredients:
1. Mint leaves- 1/2 cup
2. Coriander leaves- 1/2 cup
3. Salt to taste
4. One medium sized green chilli
5. One cup thick curds- beaten with a fork
6. Ginger-1/2 inch piece
7. amchor powder or dry mango powder- 1/2 tsp

Method:
1. Blend the mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, green chilli, salt in a blender with 3 tbsps of water. Make sure its a fine paste.
2. Add the above paste and dry mango powder to the thick beaten curds and mix with a spoon.
Yummy and easy chutney is now ready!
