Raw banana chips recipe

image

Omg these chips are like the best ever! I’m so glad I found a picture of it in my gallery. Everyone has to try it cause its the easiest and tastiest ever.
Ingredients
1. 1 raw banana- peeled and very thinly diced. At home we have this sort of cutter which I used to dice the banana.
2. Chilli powder- to taste
3. Salt to taste
4. Oil for deep frying

Method:
1. Deep dry the diced raw banana immediately else they may darken.
2. Dust the fried chips with a mixture of salt and chilli powder.

OK so as you saw this is the simplest chips ever hence try it and leave your comments below

      1. NOT SWEET? Oh Lina, sweeten them up for me pleaseeeeee! I am sure that these were delicious too. I am just a big baby for sweet bananas. Hubby likes them greener though. 🙂

      2. If we use ripe yellow bananas there is too much of water content and they shrink big time while frying. To sweeten them you can actually sprinkle some chaat masala.
