Lin – quick question: Do we post our challenge recipe any day the last week of March or a specific day? Just wondering because Heidi and I alternate days and during the last week of March I will be posting on Monday (28th) and Wednesday (30th) only – is either one of these days acceptable?

Actually — i’ve been having a bit of computer problem here, and now got to look at recipes a bit further — I’d like to try Sali Murgh — although either would be good. Your choice as to what to assign me!

Khatta means sour. Sali Murgh is very good. If you like sour stuff you should go with Khatta meat..Otherwise I would suggest Sali Murgh

I think this time the Sali Murgh. Both sound good but I’m in the mood for chicken. Thanks. 😉
