    1. If scroll down through my posts there will be some rules posted. It’s nothing big though! There will be a judge who will select the top 4 recipes☺

  1. Lin – quick question: Do we post our challenge recipe any day the last week of March or a specific day? Just wondering because Heidi and I alternate days and during the last week of March I will be posting on Monday (28th) and Wednesday (30th) only – is either one of these days acceptable?

  2. Actually — i’ve been having a bit of computer problem here, and now got to look at recipes a bit further — I’d like to try Sali Murgh — although either would be good. Your choice as to what to assign me!

    1. Khatta means sour. Sali Murgh is very good. If you like sour stuff you should go with Khatta meat..Otherwise I would suggest Sali Murgh
