North Indian Curry Challenge For March

Hey guys! Here’s the list for the month of March! Go ahead and strike the recipes you’ll want to try. Let’s try concentrating on recipes from certain places from now on! I chose North Indian curries cause I’m from India!XD. ..I didn’t want to mix the curries from South. Let’s keep that for another month! I’m quite familiar with these recipes, but let’s see what you’ll think!

  16. Lin – quick question: Do we post our challenge recipe any day the last week of March or a specific day? Just wondering because Heidi and I alternate days and during the last week of March I will be posting on Monday (28th) and Wednesday (30th) only – is either one of these days acceptable?

  19. Actually — i’ve been having a bit of computer problem here, and now got to look at recipes a bit further — I’d like to try Sali Murgh — although either would be good. Your choice as to what to assign me!

    1. Khatta means sour. Sali Murgh is very good. If you like sour stuff you should go with Khatta meat..Otherwise I would suggest Sali Murgh
