Very thin chicken fillets(I sliced then at homr)- 200g
Oregano- 2 tsp approx
Peanut butter- 2 tbsp approx
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Green chilli- 2
5 sprigs of cilantro
Basil- 2 tsp approx
Ketchup to taste
Soy sauce- 2 tsp approx
10 pomogranate seed
1 beaten egg white
Marinate the chicken in some ginger garlic paste, salt and pepper overnight
Make a paste of green chilli and cilantro.
Spread a little peanut butter on each slice. Add a little of the oregano, basil, soy sauce, ketchup, the ground paste and paprika powder over it. Squeeze 3 pomogranate seeds on each using your thumb and index. Squeeze a little lime.
Slowly roll each slice. In case they are not sticking together, use a mixture of hot water and flour. Now dip it in egg white and roll well in Breadcrumbs.
Deep fry these rolls. Makes about 5 to 6.
