Here’s my recipe!
Roast 2 cinnamon sticks, 10 peppercorns, 6 cloves, 5 cardamom and 1 tsp cumin seeds in 1/4 tsp ghee for 3 mins and grind into a coarse powder. Stock this and use fr any dish

I would like to try the raw caramel and walnut bars, Lina 🙂 All the recipes sound wonderful and my reason to choose these beauties – first they are egg-less and I have been wanting to try out making bars but not getting around doing it actually.

I would like to nominate for Jhuls Yema cake. I don’ t have cake flour, could I use ordinary flour with Cornflour instead? Would that work?
