Chicken Dosa

Hey guys! Hope everyone is doing great..it’s going to be a long week for me cause I have internals going on..hope you try this recipe! It’s always been a hit!

Ingredients:
For the masala:

• Onions- 1
• Oil -1 tbsp
• Curry leaves- 6-7
• Mustard – 1 tsp
• Jeera/ cumin- 1/2 tsp
• Fennel powder – 1 tsp
• Chopped Green chilli- 1-2
• Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
• Chilli powder- 1 tsp
• Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Chicken shredded- cooked with salt and ginger-ginger garlic paste- 1 cup

For the dosa:

• Dosa batter around 2 cups- for 2 dosas
• 1 egg
• Salt 
• Pepper
• Chopped coriander- few strands
